Chai Tea Kit (Chai Spice Blend and Black Tea Leaves)

Chai Spice Blend (5g) and Black Tea (2 oz by volume or 1/4 cup).
In the town where I grew up, the best streetside chai is still made by serious and busy vendors who boil milk, tea, spices and sugar and then strain it while still piping hot, in a small white cup!
Here is a recipe for a quick cup of chai tea...For one cup of chai, boil 3/4 cup of water with 1/4 cup milk and 1/8 teaspoon of the Chai Spice Blend. Then add 1 1/2 teaspoon of black tea leaves and allow to steep for 5-8 minutes, or boil for another 2-3 minutes. Strain, add sugar as per taste and enjoy!
