So I’ve been brining turkeys for 22 years way before anyone did it. I smoke them on my big green egg since 2000. I always got high marks. Anyway I wanted to try something new so I went with these guys and their aromatic brining solution and I can honestly say it was the best Turkey I’ve made in 22 years. This stuff is legit. As a cook, I normally mix my own spice blends. Then I stumbled across Aromatic Spice Blends at Mom's Organic Market. OMG! I may never mix my own spices again. The BONUS is that there are mixes here that I would never have thought of. I highly recommend these blends, esp if you want to experiment with new flavors.

Aromatic Spice blends makes the best individual and mixed spices. I have tried many blends and they can be used in so many different ways. Taco spice can be used in Mexican rice. The chai spice can be used in desserts and cereals. Great work!

The owner, Deepa proudly explains how she carefully chooses her ingredients from many parts of the world to bring the perfect flavors to her blends. Among many other blends, taco spice, adobo, harissa, garam masala and chaat masala are our favorites!
